Washington Fishing Update

SW Washington – Spring chinook are starting to show in the Cowlitz River and Lewis Rivers and steelhead are available too.

Most Washington anglers are anxiously awaiting better passage at Bonneville Dam to target salmon at Wind River and Drano Lake. Effort remains light in these fisheries but an occasional spring chinook is being caught.

Silver and Horseshoe Lakes along with Swofford Pond were recently planted with catchable sized trout.
