SW Washington fishing report

SW Washington- Coho action has faded dramatically in all of these tributary fisheries but fresh chinook could still be available on the North Fork of the Lewis. This is a hit or miss fishery but none-the-less, it remains an option.

Fair numbers of early winter steelhead are present in the Cowlitz River, indicating a good return may be in order. Managers can often predict the magnitude of the winter steelhead return based on the fall coho run.
